Can I order extra items with my costume?
Costumes may come with options for larger headpieces, backpacks and other embellishments at an additional cost. These options will be detailed on the registration page/ Checkout page. The additional cost will also be indicated.
I'm unable to collect my costume, Can someone collect it on my behalf?
We accomodate other persons collecting costumes for our patrons. All costumes must be collected with a valid ID. Also an email must be sent with the name of the person collecting and contact information.
I missed my collection date - what do I do?
You may collect your costume on any day after your designated date, however, priority is given to persons collecting on their designated day.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY COSTUME
You are welcome to cancel your booking at any time, but your 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you pay in full before the registration deadline, the balance will be reimbursed. If you wish to sell your package to another person, we will need written notice of the party that the order is being transferred to. .
What do I need for costume registration?
Ladies: Bra size (34A, B, C), Hipband Size (in inches), Bottom piece size (S, M, L). Ladies should indicate if they would like a wire bra, bikini, thong etc. Men: waist size (in inches).
I didn't get a costume, can I be placed on a waiting list?
Unfortunately, costumes are sold based on availabilty. We cannot maintain a waiting list of costumes. We encourage all prospective patrons to register early to avoid missing out.
What's Return / Refund Policy?
Please note that carnival costumes are custom-made items therefore once a payment is made, it is non-refundable. Additionally, there will be: NO exchange or switching of sections. NO changing of measurements or sizes NO Costume Transfers NO Returns accepted.
What's music is played on the road?
Players Troupe offers a variety of DJs with different styles and music from all around the Caribbean and the world to appeal to every masquerader.
SIZING, OPTIONS & AMMENDMENTS
Masqueraders must ensure that options and sizes are inputted as accurately as possible at the point of ordering. Body options are final and cannot be changed/upgraded once you have placed your order.
